| Regulatory Body | The body that regulates this charity. This is required for a reclaim via the Government Gateway. |
| Name of Regulator | Fill this in if the regulatory body is not one of those listed. |
| Regulator's Number | This is the number assigned by the regulatory body to the charity. The web site for the regulatory body will have a search facility for the charity and this will give the number. For example the regulator for charities in England and Wales can be found at http://www.charity-commission.gov.uk/ and for Scotland at http://www.oscr.org.uk/search-charity-register/. |
