FieldDescription
Name The name that the Charity is known by
Reference Charity or CASC tax reference number used in all correspondence and claims with HMRC. It starts with a letter. The field text will be red if the reference is not valid. The reference must tie up with the licence and is a key entry in the message sent to the Government Gateway.
Accounting Year End Month and day of the accounting period used to split the reclaim periods between this and the tax year end (5 April)
Address Address of the Charity used when creating letters and documents from Max My Gift
Telephone Contact telephone number
Email Email address for the Charity
Regulatory Body The body that regulates this charity. This is required for a reclaim via the Government Gateway.
Name of RegulatorFill this in if the regulatory body is not one of those listed.
Regulator's NumberThis is the number assigned by the regulatory body to the charity. The web site for the regulatory body will have a search facility for the charity and this will give the number. For example the regulator for charities in England and Wales can be found at http://www.charity-commission.gov.uk/ and for Scotland at http://www.oscr.org.uk/search-charity-register/.
